The on-line version for Ohio-BQA Certificaton will be offered similar to an OSU course (Fall Class, Winter Class, Spring Class). Individuals wishing to enroll for the Fall 2009 class should send a $25 check (Made out to OSU Extension) to: Dr. Stephen Boyles, The Ohio State University, 2027 Coffey Rd., Columbus, OH 43210-1094. Deadline for Fall enrollment will be September 15, 2009. The course will open October 1, 2009.
